R.G. Barry Corporation is a developer and marketer of accessory footwear. The Company serves a range of North American retailers of all size and retail category with brands. The Company also develop and source private label accessory footwear products for some of North America’s retailers. During the fiscal year ended June 27, 2009 (fiscal 2009), approximately 85% of the Company’s net sales were from slipper-type products sold under the Company’s own brands with the remainder divided among private label and licensed accessory footwear products. The Company’s brands include Angel Treads, Dearfoams, DF Women The Dearfoams Company, DF Men The Dearfoams Company, Dearfoams DF, The Dearfoams Company DFSport, EZfeet, Dearfoams NV, Snug Treds, Solé, Terrasoles, Utopia, and Soluna.
