Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ:SNCR) posted non-GAAP total revenue of $46.8 million, up 41% on a year-over-year basis. Non-GAAP EPS was $0.20 higher by 43%, and beating analyst expectations.

Shares of SNCR are higher by 15.86%.

Lincoln Educational Services (NASDAQ:LINC) said diluted earnings per share grew 52% to $0.76, beating Wall Street expectations.

LINC shares are up 14.2%.

Fushi Copperweld (NASDAQ:FSIN) announced that its Board of Directors has received a proposal Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Li Fu and Abax to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Fushi not currently owned by Mr. Fu and his affiliates in a going private transaction for $11.50 per share in cash, subject to certain conditions. Mr. Fu and his affiliates own approximately 29.2% of Fushi’s common stock.

Fushi Copperweld shares are up 15.3% on the offer.

OpenTable (NASDAQ:OPEN) posted non-GAAP consolidated net income for Q3 2010, of $5.6 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, topping Wall Street estimates.

OPEN is up 11.5%.

A. H. Belo (NYSE:AHC) reported net income of $4.6 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2010 compared to a net loss of $5.8 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2009.

Shares of A. H. Below are up 13.3%.
