NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP) generated the total revenue of $1.45 billion for the quarter ended July 29th, 2011 as compared to revenue of $1.15 billion for the same period last year. The company reported the net profit of $139.50 million or earnings of $0.35 per share for the respective quarter as compared to net income of $150.70 million or earnings of $0.40 per share last year.

The company’s total assets accumulate up to $8.44 billion out of which fixed assets have the highest proportion. The company maintains a strong short term liquidity position as per its current ratio of 1.84 times.
