Energy Transfer Equity (NYSE:ETE) announced the pricing of $1.8 billion aggregate principal amount of its 7.500% senior unsecured notes due 2020. Due to favorable market conditions, the size of the offering was increased from $1.0 billion to $1.8 billion.
Upon closing of the notes offering, ETE will enter into a new $200 million revolving credit facility and commitments under the existing $500 million revolving credit facility will be terminated.
Corn Products International (NYSE:CPO) has announced a $900 million senior unsecured note offering, consisting of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.200 percent notes due November 1, 2015, $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625 percent notes due November 1, 2020, and an additional $150 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.625 percent notes due April 15, 2037.
