Eastman Kodak Co. (EK) gained 14 percent to 72 cents after rising 19 percent earlier for the biggest intraday gain since Oct. 6. The unprofitable 131-year-old imaging company said its board elected Laura Quatela as a second president beginning next year to serve alongside Philip Faraci.
