Chrysler Group LLC, the automaker controlled by Fiat SpA (F), said U.S. sales rose 27 percent in October on demand for its Jeep Compass and Dodge Durango sport- utility vehicles.
Deliveries last month increased to 114,512 cars and light trucks from 90,137 a year earlier, Auburn Hills, Michigan-based Chrysler said today in a regulatory filing. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Bloomberg was for a 28 percent sales gain.
